DEPENDANT VISA

Indian travelers must have a Canadian tourist visa, also known as a temporary resident visa, to travel to Canada. When this visa is attached to the passport, it implies that the candidate has met all the requirements to be a temporary resident in Canada.
For a visitor visa, each candidate is obliged to pay an application fee of 100 CAD. If a family of five members or more, apply for the visa at the same time and place, the application fee would be 500 CAD.

In Addition to the application fee, each candidate is required to pay their biometrics fee of 85 CAD. If a family of 2 members or more, apply for the visa at the same time and place, the biometrics fee would be 170 CAD.

How Long Can an Indian with a Visitor Visa Stay in Canada

Most Indian visitors with a visitor visa are allowed a stay period of 6 months in Canada.
However, a visitor may be given a stay period of fewer than 6 months by a border service offer. In this case, the end date will be given on the passport.

How to Extend a Canada Tourist Visa

If the visitors decide to extend their stay in Canada, they are required to apply for a visitor record before their existing visa expires. The visitor visa document allows a visitor to stay longer in Canada and it also includes a new expiry date. This document does not guarantee that the visitor can leave and re-enter the country. The fee for the visa extension is CAD 100.
